Lifelong Learning for All - Recommendations Report14 February 2012
The 'Inclusion' network has produced a report on recommendations for a more inclusive and accessible Lifelong Learning Programme and new Education and Training Programme.
A response to main findings and challenges
The recommendations are the result of a review of all the documents produced by the ‘Inclusion’ network to date as well as an analysis of key external consultations on the LLP and wider EU strategy documents.
They are a response to the main findings and challenges to the participation of people with fewer opportunities in the programme and have been compiled in consultation with decision makers, stakeholders and beneficiaries participating in the programmes.
Tailored to three key actors
To ensure the recommendations can be adopted and implemented into the current and future education and training programmes, the recommendations have been tailored towards three key actors who can make a change:
- European Commission
- Executive Agency and National Agencies (NA)
- Project Promoters
