Project Name: Social Pedagogy and Creative Methods in Substance Care

The aim of the intensive programme is to provide more knowledge and skills to students who will be working within substance care either in prevention, treatment or rehabilitation sector. The indirect beneficiaries of the programme are young people and those who are recovering from substance abuse. The programme is made up of eight partners representing Universities from across seven European countries. The programme is funded through an Erasmus Intensive Programme grant.

Five partners from the Netherlands, Belgium, Iceland, Lithuania and Slovenia are sharing their experiences of a multi-disciplinary approach to reintegrating disadvantaged unemployed people, which was developed in a prior Leonardo Pilot Project.

Four partners from Belgium, France, Germany and Poland exchanged best practice and ideas on how to define the role of social work with children and families when combating poverty.
